The applicant should possess a B.Sc. degree of University of Mumbai or any recognised University and should have offered the following subjects at the various examinations as shown below:-
i) He /She must have offered Chemistry as one of the subjects at any one level of the three year degree course.
ii)(a) He /She must have offered one of the following subjects at least at the T.Y.B.Sc. level of the three year degree course:

a) Physics, b) Botany, c) Zoology, d) Life Sciences e) Microbiology, f) Biochemistry

b) Possessing Bachelor’s degree of Fishery Science/Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture / Agriculture from a Statutory University

Minimum Admission Requirement: 0.3364

A candidate for being eligible for admission to the course for the post-graduate Diploma in Environmental Pollution Analysis and Control must have passed the Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree examination of any recognised University and should have offered the following subjects at the various examinations as shown below:-

He/She must have offered Chemistry as one of the subjects at at least at the T.Y.B.Sc. and the S.Y.B.Sc. levels of the three year degree course.

He/She must have offered one of the following subjects at least at the F.Y.B.Sc. level of the three year degree course:
a) Physics, b) Botany, c) Zoology, d) Life Science) Microbiology, f) Biochemistry.

iii) He/She must have offered Mathematics or Mathematics and Statistics at the H.S.C. or equivalent examination
